"Morgan has been a life saver. I have never felt better. Keith has been so great, I feel like I am working out at home with a personal trainer. Everyone at Optimal has been awesome. I recommend this place to everyone. I had been stuck in a rut, unable to work out due to pain, for years. Morgan has taught me ways to exercise that cause very little pain or discomfort. Because of Morgan and Keith I feel 100% better and can move around and play with my kids with very little pain. I am getting stronger everyday. I have an exercise plan tailored to my specific needs and an App to help me remember the different exercises. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, Optimal Results is the best PT I have ever been a part of, and I have been to a lot of different places over the years. Thanks so much Optimal fam."

"I've been suffering pain in my hips associated with femoral acetabular impingement for over 6 years. After having surgery in both hips and multiple rounds of PT through major clinics, I'd only experienced fleeting relief. I found Optimal Results through my insurance and based off their reviews thought I'd give them a try.
Dr. Morgan and Keith truly care about their patients and work with you to develop a plan targeting your specific goals and pain. Instead of treating the symptoms for temporary relief the staff develop a plan to treat the underlying causes of your pain for long term relief.
With the help of Optimal Results, I am finally pain free after 6+ years. Highly recommend!"

"I started my physical therapy on December 9, 2024, and was much improved when I decided today, January 20, 2025 was my last appointment. I had two appointments each week. I am 82 years of age, and have osteoarthritis in both knees and my neck. I don't drive anymore, so need to be safe walking around in the community for catching the bus and MAX train in Portland. I want to avoid knee surgery if at all possible. I needed physical therapy for balance when walking, and for pain in my knees in the act of sitting down or standing up from a seated position. On December 9 the pain in my knees on a scale of 0-10 was about 5-6. Now, the pain is about 1. My practitioner helped me walk much better. I was favoring one of my feet, and now I walk evently and am better balanced when walking. My practitioner gave me exercises for other things I asked for, such as the strength of my arms and shoulders, and my neck. She recommended two tools for me to buy for home exercise, to help with arm and shoulder strength, and I enjoy both of these tools. My practicioner told me I'll need to keep up my exercise routines for the rest of my life so the conditions do not recur at my age. I will definitely do that. In the past, I'd been to other physical therapy clinics, and Optimal Results is OUTSTANDING!! I'm so glad I found them!!!!"

"I highly recommend Optimal Results Physical Therapy. My experience with them has been an amazing journey. When I first came to them I couldn't walk or stand upright as I lost my range of motion in my lower back. Every minute of every day was was exhausting and painful and I could barely walk without having something to support myself and hold my self upright. Now today I feel like my old self and can walk and hold myself upright with good posture. Before coming here I felt like I was going to always be hunched over and miserable. Now I feel good and confident enough to start looking into getting back to working again. I was with this condition for almost 2 years and now I feel free and stronger and no pain. Thank you to all of you at Optimal Results for helping get back to who I was before. Your all amazing!"

Haven’t looked back since. From being on muscle relaxant 3 days a week, to now not taking any, from being in a recliner most of the days to now moving around, to now being able to do basic tasks without going into a tailspin, I have come long ways! I feel empowered! Thank you Keith!

"Cannot recommend this team highly enough - they earn every single point of each star in this 5-star review. While I worked primarily under the warmth, humor, and talent of PT Dan Ryan, I really felt like the whole team (including the scheduling/office management team and other therapists) knew my story and had my back. I had access to the entire space during my sessions, not just a tiny treatment room. Our first few sessions were all about diagnosis and taking it slow with my persistent back injury, while the later sessions were focused on building strength/flexibility to prevent injury in the future. The communication in and out of the office was excellent for the duration of my 12-week recovery period. While I certainly hope I never NEED to go back, I would do so in a heartbeat."

"The staff at Optimal Results PT are amazing. I have been a patient of both Dr. Glasser and Dr. Ryan. Working with them has improved my health both physically and mentally. Their methods and their overall approach to pain really work. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, or anyone that struggles with pain/injury.
I sit at a desk all day and over the years developed poor posture and lower back problems. I was physically in pain every day and very anxious about it. I saw an orthopedic surgeon who gave me an MRI and gave me about 5 minutes of her time to tell me the potential surgical options. She suggested the problem would not likely go away unless I went ahead with surgery. Working with Dr. Ryan, I was pain free in about 6 weeks. Not only that, but we worked together to create personal "blueprints" for how to handle any future flare-ups. Dr. Ryan gave me the tools I needed to eliminate the pain and really helped me put the issue into perspective.
I can't say thank you enough to both Keith, Daniel, and the rest of the Optimal Results PT staff. Their front office staff are also amazing and are really on top of it!"

"I've had the fortune of working with Dr. Sanatan Golden twice now. The fact that I came back to see him for my second injury is a testament to his ability to help me heal the first time around.
I first came to see Sanatan when I started training for my first marathon 5 years ago. I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain. I sit in a desk for 8-9 hours a day at work, was doing quite a bit of flying at the time, and the running schedule I was on were all causing me to be in almost constant back pain. In just a few visits, Sanatan was able to identify the root of my pain (tight hips/hamstrings). We worked together to develop a treatment plan that worked for my lifestyle and monthly visits kept me on track and evolving. His knowledge of the body and his ability to communicate concepts is incredible. We wrapped up my therapy after 4 months and I have not experienced that type of pain again.
Fast forward 5 years, and I start feeling pain on my hip flexor, ankles, and upper hamstring. I'm back in Sanatan's office and we're working to address the issue. Almost immediately he identifies what's causing the hip flexor and ankle pain, and in less than 2 months those two are gone. Pain free! The hamstring problem turned out to be tendinopathy, so much tougher to treat, but we approached it with a well thought out plan and in 4 months I went from not being able to walk properly to PR-ing a 15 mile trail race in Washington. 15 miles, 4000ft of elevation, and no pain afterwards!
I cannot recommend Sanatan enough."

"I was struck by a car in September while running in NE Portland and suffered multiple fractures to my pelvis, ankle, humerus, ribs and frontal bone. . While speaking with my orthopedic team in the hospital following surgery, I was told I would likely be looking at a six months to a year before I would resume running again, and as most runners can imagine, this was pretty difficult news to hear. As a passionate runner, the overarching goal for my rehab was to return to doing what I love without pain as well as participate again in this year’s Hood to Coast relay 11 months post-accident.
I began my rehab with Dr. Golden in January following three months spent non-weightbearing and restricted to a wheelchair. Upon beginning my rehab with Dr. Golden I had a significant deficit to the range of motion of my right arm, muscle atrophy to my legs and right arm, a loss of core strength and dealt with ankle, pelvis and shoulder pain on a daily basis. Dr. Golden’s approach to my rehabilitation was holistic, educational and empowering as I gained back my strength and ability to function self-sufficiently. Throughout my rehab, there are three things that stood out to me the most –
From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was treated as an athlete. The severity of my injuries resulted in a lot of people in my life seeing me as fragile and broken - including myself. From the day of my initial visit, I cannot recall a single time that Dr. Golden asked me what I could not do. Rather, we focused on evaluating where I was physically thus far in my recovery and where it was that I wanted to be. I cannot overstate how empowering this was and the impact that mentality had in reminding me that these injuries and the pain was not forever.
Dr. Golden also did an incredible job educating me on the process of tissue and muscle repair, strengthening and understanding how pain should be managed in the recovery process. Each of the exercises added to my home program were designed to be progressive and built upon as my overall strength and stamina improved. Contrary to my expectations for lower and upper extremity injuries to be treated independently of each other, my therapy sessions and home exercises addressed my rehab holistically and helped me understand how treating my ankle, rebuilding leg strength, and focusing on core would aid in my shoulder recovery and vice versa. I feel more knowledgeable as an athlete having worked with Dr. Golden and will continue the program we’ve developed over the course of the last eight months given the exercises are truly best strengthening practices for any active person, regardless of whether or not you’re treating an injury.
Finally, I was incredibly impressed with the resources that Optimal Results had available in their clinic. Being able to benefit from Blood Flow Restrictive Therapy and returning to running four months post-surgery using their Anti-Gravity Treadmill undoubtedly played a huge role in expediting the time it took for me to build back the muscle mass I had lost over the course of the accident. I am also eternally thankful to Anna and Sanatan for relentlessly advocating on my behalf for continued treatment when the insurance companies began to push back on authorizing continued PT visits when both I, my Orthopedic team and Dr. Golden believed there was progress to be gained by continuing treatment. I truly can’t say enough about how grateful I am for their advocacy.
I knew going into this year that the recovery would be difficult. But I also believed it was possible and I was surrounded by people who believed the same and knew how to get me to where I wanted to be. On August 25th I finished my second Hood to Coast relay with no pelvic or shoulder pain and at a pace that rivaled my speed at last year’s HTC. Having been told 11 months ago that it would be a year until I would run again, I have nothing but immeasurable gratitude for the people who helped me defy these odds. I am both happier and stronger than I could have imagined thanks to this team."

"I injured my back during a crossfit workout 9 months ago. I saw a doctor, got X-Rays and got the typical muscle relaxers and pain meds. No matter how much I stretched, rolled out, or cut back on my workout routine I could not get the injury to go away. I suffered through 6 months of pain, particularly in the mornings when it was difficult for me to do small tasks like wash my feet in the shower, towel off or put on my socks. I lost many hours of sleep. I bought a sit-stand desk. I contemplated buying a new bed, even though mine was only a year old. Then I finally took my Crossfit coaches' advice and scheduled an appointment with Sanatan Golden. He diagnosed my issues in the first appointment: sprained back, poor hip mobility and damage from previously sprained ankles. Sanatan gave me a routine of "exercises" to perform 2-4 times / day, and emphasized that it was important to perform them prior to going to bed for the night. I did the routine as many times as I could throughout the day, and immediately began to make improvements. On subsequent visits, Sanatan introduced new, more challenging movements to the routine, and I continued to steadily improve. After 4 or 5 visits over two months, I am nearly back to normal. My sleep has improved (improving my mood, attitude and relationships), and I am back to working out. I could not recommend Sanatan any higher."

"Great exercises and stretches acquired from Optimal Results PT that I honestly could not do without and be as happy as I am. I had a wonderful experience here. They know very well how to detect and locate the origin of the issue/s. I was provided with outstanding thorough care with all hopes exceeded. The effecient effective exercises I learned here I will be practicing probably for the rest of my life. They are fundamentally great.
I have applied myself fully to other structured PT courses and appointments over the years from "knowledgeable licensed professionals" and none helped me like ORPT. Optimal results provides true structured healing.
It's been over a year and a half since my appointments at ORPT ended and I am now exercising regularly at the gym. I still do most of the exercises I learned at Optimal Results and they provide great warm up and foundation to my current workout regimen and keep me in check!
Thank you for the awesome structure."

"I started seeing Dr. Sanatan Golden a few months ago for scoliosis and the pain/discomfort associated with having an “S” shaped spine. I’ve seen a handful of different physical therapists over the years, and have always been frustrated by the advice to simply maintain a strong core as well as the lack of progress that came from the minor daily movements they prescribed. As someone who runs regularly and enjoys taking circuit training classes and lifting weights, I’d always had a hard time sticking to a physical therapy regimen that asked me to stop all other forms of exercise other than the physical therapy exercises. I had given up on physical therapy, until Sanatan was recommended to me by a friend. His approach from the get-go, was for me to keep running, lifting, etc., by building correct patterns of movement, increasing my mobility and stability, strengthening and activating weaker muscles, and becoming more aware of how I was moving my body so as to avoid falling back into old patterns of movement that increased my scoliosis symptoms.
You can tell the breadth of knowledge Sanatan brings to his work, and I was always impressed by how diligently he made sure I was doing the correct movement, and the variety of progressions he provided. I worked with Sanatan about every 2 weeks for about 4 months, and was just blown away by the progress that came from regular appointments and consistent daily exercises. The daily workouts he gave me were always challenging enough to stay motivated, and early on into working with him I could tell a difference in how I was moving and which muscles were activating during exercises. Before working with Sanatan I avoided all heavy lifting because it always left my back in pain, and I just assumed it was something I wouldn’t be able to do with scoliosis. Much like I assumed I would always wake up from a nights sleep with some sort of pain and stiffness. Just a couple months of consistent physical therapy later, I was thrilled to do some heavier barbell and kettlebell lifting work recently without any of the discomfort and pain that I would have experienced prior to starting physical therapy. I’m thrilled that I didn’t give up on physical therapy all together. Huge shout out to the whole team at Optimal Results PT for the positivity, warmth, and stellar handling of insurances!"

"I am an overweight 63 year old woman has been a teacher for well over 30 years. I am active in that I clean and garden my own home as well as swim, bike and walk with friends. I would not call myself athletic. I was referred to Sanatan Golden PT, for Physical Therapy for a very persistent bursitis in my left heel. I came to PT Golden after almost a year and a half of working on this with different approaches and doctors and still had difficulty being on my feet for any extended period of time.
Sanatan Golden was encouraging and thoughtful in his approach to my situation. He gave me information in both how to view and monitor my progress, that proved to be key in achieving my recovery. It was not that the information and activities were all entirely different (but many were). It was the combination of how to look and monitor my progress along with the activities in combination together that proved effective. Recovery was not a straight line, but following the plan we put together and understanding more about the nuances of the recovery process and looking for way to incorporate more into my daily life has produced a lasting recovery. Plus, I feel like I have learned some new skills and use them to keep from having ongoing problems.
So, two years later, when I had a very persistent back/hip problem that seemed to slowly be getting worse and my doctor recommended Physical Therapy, I asked to be referred back to Sanatan Golden. Even though I live and work in Salem, driving to Portland and paying for parking was worth the time and extra expense. Because his approach is to work himself out of a job, I feel like am saving both time and money in the long run, on top of working with a gifted PT."

"Life changing. That is how I would describe my experience with Sanatan Golden. On two different occasions he has helped me change my life for the better. The first time occurred after another doctor referred me to see Sanatan because a series of overuse injuries was making me question whether it was realistic for me to continue athletic activities now that I was 65 year-old senior citizen. I love windsurfing, but I kept getting the same injuries over and over again. After Sanatan used the ASTYM method, the acute injuries resolved. Then after showing me why weakness in other muscles was resulting in my recurrent knee and tendon injuries, I started a program of strengthening exercises that allowed me to continue the activities that I enjoy without pain and injury. This could have been the end of the story, but life had another surprise for me. The second time I had a non sports related accident with a bad fracture of my knee requiring two orthopedic surgeries and a month of no weight bearing. Even though most people my age with the fractures I had end up limiting their activity and end up with a limited range of motion, Sanatan explained that if I was willing to work with his program, he didn’t see any reason I couldn’t get back the strength and mobility I had before the accident. Now a year later, I have regained full range of motion and am back windsurfing again in Hood River. I haven’t yet regained full strength and muscle mass in my injured leg, but I am seeing gradual improvement. Surprising to me is that despite weakness in the affected leg, in other muscle groups I am actually stronger than I was before my accident. I attribute this to the simple set of home exercises that Sanatan has asked me to do. Because I don’t need to go to the gym to do any of the exercises, I end up doing these exercises almost every day. I had never been to a physical therapist before, so I can’t tell you what is different about Sanatan. What was important to me was his ability to explain clearly what was going on with my injury, inflammation and recovery. This explanation helped me determine that I was doing enough strengthening without overdoing and causing re-injury. I have found Dr Golden and the other staff at Optimal Results to be kind, considerate and supportive to me in my recovery. I highly recommend him."

"I've read tons of these reviews and forums looking for the right care, and so glad I found it with Sanatan at Optimal Results. After four reconstructive hip surgeries for FAI, I was dealing with a LOT of pain getting back to my active self. I moved to Oregon in November and didn't have a PT in Portland, and when I asked around I heard great things about Sanatan and they're all true. He worked with me to create a solid program with goals and real results. And we had some fun doing it. Highly recommended!"

"I've seen Dr. Sanatan Golden for two different issues. I'll give the long and short version.
The short version: Sanatan is very skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist. He will work hard to give you the skills you need to get better and if you diligently follow the plan of action you WILL see improvements in your condition. I appreciate that that he's very much a part science backed medicine and avoids unnecessary surgical procedures. I'm stronger and smarter about my fitness than I've ever been before.
Long story: I'm a young person, barely 30, who works 40 hours a week at a desk job. Let's just say my desk job does not love me! My first issue was pain in my hip about 4 years ago. Sometimes the pain would go all the way down the outside of my leg to my ankle. The diagnosis was that I had some nerve irritation in my L4 and L5 vertebra. The plan of action was to strengthen my core which had become very weak over time. I did a lot of planks and a lot of exercises that strengthen my gluts and abductor muscles. They definitely helped, and the pain became a lot more bearable. However, the real problem was sitting for 8 hours a day which caused the hip flexer muscles to shorten. Sanatan strongly recommended going to a standing desk and it was the ahah moment in recovery! My back and hip pain nearly went away after the first week with my standing desk. The second issue I saw Sanatan for (about 2 years later) was for my shoulder. I'd gotten into a horrible position at work using the mouse and I was having a ton of shoulder pain. The diagnosis was that my shoulder muscles had become very weak and were rotated back, pulling on the other muscles in the front of my shoulder. The home exercise was planks, overhead presses, and other shoulder strengthening exercises. He modifies the exercises over time as you get stronger and your form improves. I've become very strong and my shoulder issue is almost completely gone. Both of my issues are things that happened slowly over time. There was no particular incident that caused injury and as a result, it was slow process to recovery. You have to relearn movements that had improper form and gain strength. Sanatan calls it the dimmer switch. I only wish I had gone to him sooner to get help."

"I am so glad that I went to Optimal Results. I was dealing with pain from a knee injury/surgery I had at least 15 years ago. I truly thought I was going to end up requiring another surgery, but Dr Sanatan Golden was able to reduce my pain and get me on a path to strengthening not only my knee but my entire body. The manual therapy (ASTYM) used to break up scar tissue makes so much sense and really made such a difference in my recovery process. It's hard to believe that after 15 years of being scared to do certain movements and experiencing pain during the simplest things like going up stairs and squatting, I am feeling so much better and able to do so much more. After completing my program, Sanatan also sent me off armed with an extensive list of goals and suggestions for how to keep the strength training and knee-care going. I highly recommend Optimal Results and Sanatan!"

"Dr. Sanatan Golden is a highly skilled, professional, and accessible physical therapist. When I saw him for peroneal tendonitis this past summer, he worked hard not only to help me get back to running, but to run both Hood-to-Coast and the Portland Marathon! His use of manual therapy (ASTYM) made a huge difference in my level of pain, stiffness, and eventually, strength. Additionally, he made sure that I had a toolkit of core-stability strengthening exercises to address the root cause of my tendonitis. The most notable part of my experience working with Sanatan was how empowered I felt about my own health and athleticism. He is very thoughtful about the way that he builds upon earlier exercises, making sure that one’s form is perfect before adding more. I credit Sanatan with the fact that I am now running more miles and more efficiently than ever and am looking forward to more marathons in the future! So many thanks!"

"Super nice and helpful people. I was able to work around my work schedule easily and received fantastic results.
I was convinced I needed to get an MRI and maybe surgery, but Sanatan proved that your body can fix itself in so many ways, you just need to know how to start and guide the process.
Cheers to one of the best physical therapists i've ever been too."

"Sanatan Golden at Optimal Results PT was able to help me when no one else could. Until I was referred to him I had assumed my problems were untreatable. Sanatan truly knows what he is doing and genuinely cares about helping me to get better. He has active methods for rapidly improving physical problems and emphasizes teaching: how to listen to the body and to distinguish bad pain from growing pains, and how to take care of problems via incredibly useful, targeted exercises/stretches/etc.
My story: I was a serious freestyle bike rider for many years, but after a variety of injuries and getting older, I decided I needed to switch to something more sustainable that would satisfy my love for movement, so I started running. I immediately loved running, but quickly ran into a wall of mounting injuries. Thinking it was too much too fast, I dialed it back, and went back and forth for nearly a year, once using my insurance through Providence for physical therapy where after a number of sessions, I decided that either they were incompetent or I was incurable. I had almost given up.
Then through a strange turn of events I found myself in Sanatan's office. At that point my feet were so injured that I could hardly walk down the street for longer than 15 minutes without a variety of strange pains and aches. After the first treatment I felt like my feet had opened up, the "neuroma" (pinched nerve) I was diagnosed with at Providence (and simply told to accept as permanent) completely disappeared, and I could walk much farther without pain. I continued to see Sanatan and after 6 or 7 sessions I was starting to run again, had a number of tools to take care of myself, and most importantly he focused on teaching me how to listen to my body. I wished I would have had that as a professional bike rider, it would have saved me from a lot of injury and pain..
In tandem with my treatment I also attended his FREE natural running workshop, where he led a group of runners through basic drills and again, a comprehensive education about how the body moves, breaking everything down and teaching us to gain a real functional awareness of our bodies, both during and after each activity. Between the therapy and the workshop my experience turned into a journey I had not expected, and in a way having the injuries was a blessing: I learned so much that I am now much more able to prevent future injuries, through both proper running technique, exercises, and a greatly expanded awareness of my body.
I think I first saw Sanatan around the end of April, barely able to walk properly; yesterday I did a 1 hour run. And so I've also decided to start working with him on an old separated shoulder injury from bike riding, already seeing progress when no one else was able to help me with that either.. He's since also worked wonders for a friend of mine too.
Even if your insurance doesn't cover it (mine didn't), go see him, it's worth it!"

"After experiencing various hamstring injuries and having gone through many different PT's. I finally stumbled upon Optimal Results and they really got me back to health just in time for the peak of my competitive season. They go well beyond what is expected in terms of patient care. For me, they explained every aspect of treatment and had every question covered. They were very flexible and accommodating. What sets Optimal Results apart from other PT's is that they CARE. They wanted me to be back to full health and did everything in their power to get me back on the track. They were interested in every aspect of my training and life and we worked on building the most effective, customized program for me. The individual attention and care is what sets them apart and makes them the absolute best."

"Life changing. Since I was young, I had been working in crappy chairs, hunched over machines. I had regular back pain, and once or twice every year I would be seized up completely and be rendered immobile for days. I've tried acupuncture and a chiropractor, but didn't get the results I needed. I have even been working at a standing desk for the past year or two, and although it probably saved my back from getting worse, it wasn't enough to make it better.
Keith showed me how limited my mobility was -- I hadn't known. After meeting once a week for about a month, he had helped me to correct my posture, and taught me the right exercises to strengthen my core and increase my mobility. My pain has gone away now. I even sleep better at night!
As long as you keep with the exercises, and mention if you have problems, you will start to feel better and stronger. If I felt like I was doing something wrong, I let him know and he helped me out, even without a formal visit.
Keith is also a pretty fun guy, easy to relax around. A good coach all around, with a good support crew. Also, located right by the food carts downtown, so you have your choice of wonderful food when you are done! If I ever need PT again I am definitely going back to Optimal Results.
Thanks!"

"Dr. Sanatan Golden, PT, DPT, CSCS at Optimal Results Physical Therapy in downtown Portland, Oregon gave me excellent assistance in helping to heal a strained hip/knee/back injury due to a long term pelvic twist. I tried to do some circuit training but due to being out of alignment for many years, I strained my hip. My knee and lower back were affected too, and I could not walk without limping or sit without pain. Sanatan Golden was recommended to me by someone who had success regaining shoulder and back mobility due to physical therapy with Sanatan. I found Sanatan to be very intelligent at looking at the problems in depth. He got me going on a series of stretches which suit my ability and personality. When I succeeded in these, he re-evaluated and increased exercises to keep the healing going. I feel inspired by Sanatan to keep up with my stretching program, and can walk without a limp and do some hiking. His approach is suited to my lifestyle, and this is excellent help for the long-term pelvic twist. Now I’m working on building up my core, and find my balance, walking and sitting are improving in a big way. My posture feels altered profoundly, my learning about my posture is increasing, and I am grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Sanatan Golden, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and the providers at Optimal Results Physical Therapy clinic. Thank you!

"In March of 2014, I strained my Achilles tendon cycling and a friend recommended I see Dr. Sanatan Golden at Optimal Results. He set out a timeline and goals for my progression, worked with me every week, gave me ASTYM treatments, and provided me with the knowledge and confidence to finish out my rehab on my own and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Being an athlete himself, Sanatan has a ton of experience with athletes and the injuries we sustain. I feel he could be considered an expert on all running and cycling injuries. He helped me recognize my symptoms and train my body to strengthen the parts of my body that need it. My recovery happened faster than I thought possible and I’m already feeling stronger than I did before the injury. I will be recommending him to all family, friends, and athletes in the future. After 7 visits over 6 weeks I was almost completely recovered."

"This place is Where To Go for all kinds of muscle pain and tension. Licensed Therapist Keith Glasser helped rid me of neck and back tension that had been sapping my energy for years. All my doctor could offer me was pain meds. Optimal Results gave me the tools to take back my health. He also enabled my daughter to walk without foot and leg pain, where podiatrists and conventional doctors were at a loss. Three years later, she is still pain-free.
I've been to physical therapists before, but this is far better than any therapy I've been to. It is cutting-edge physical therapy."
