ERIN01.jpg

Erin Grady, Receptionist

Erin Grady, our cheerful and friendly receptionist is a part-time psychology student at PSU and a full-time Art and Theater enthusiast. Her light-hearted nature and warm smile brighten up the office and she’s sure to help with anything you need.

Often the first face you see, Erin assists our new patients with the intake process by helping them choose the best fitting therapist and finding the perfect appointment. Beyond this she helps with initial paperwork, sending out appointment reminders and checking in our patients.

You can always catch Erin with a pair of headphones or hanging out with friends during her free time . Ask about her month long tour of Europe next time you check-in at the Front Desk!

Luna Coulter, Lead Receptionist and Marketing

Luna oversees each patient's unique process and ensures everyone gets the best care as fast as they can by verifying insurance benefits, ensuring our therapists are prepped with full case details, keeping our patients up to date with the goings on of the office and sending helpful tricks and tips to our discharged patients so they can keep up on their care.

Her goal is to become a multi-lingual translator, though where that might take her she’s not quite sure. The way she sees things, with the ability to speak to more people the opportunity to make a positive impact on those people’s lives greatly increases. With Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Russian and German on her list she has a ways to go, but she hopes to help our Non-English speaking patients to feel comfortable, knowledgeable and satisfied with their time here.

Known as the Queen of Green, she is calm and reserved but you can always tell when she’s the one playing music in the office! Watch out for her loud taste in tunes and sharp sense of humor. On the weekends Luna goes to the river, plays volleyball at the local community center and leads her group in a game of Dungeons & Dragons.

“My goal as a Receptionist is to be able to help as many people as I can to get the care they deserve. I’ve dedicated myself to learning as many languages as I can so the places I go and things I do can’t be biased by any one way of thinking. I hope to bring that energy to our office at Optimal Results and expand the boundary of what physical therapy can be,” -Luna Coulter

“Woof woof, bark,” - Frisbee

“Woof woof, bark,” - Frisbee

Frisbee, CTO

Chief Treat officer and door greeter

Paws down, Frisbee wins our Best Employee award year after year. He brings a special warmth and loyal dedication to our office that we can’t imagine doing without. Taking his role as a morale booster and confidante very seriously, Frisbee happily greets patients and helps our therapists do their work. In fact, we suspect many of our patients are coming here only to see him!

In honor of his special place in our hearts, Frisbee is given free rein of the office and we designated a special spot for his well-deserved naps throughout the day. At 11 ½ years old, we still have to keep Frisbee from “roaming” but he’s getting easier to catch!

In his off time, Frisbee chases tennis balls, enjoys taking hikes, and spending quality time with Spunky and Clementine, his felin siblings. Make sure to say hello and shake his paw next time you come in!
